Just like you, we’re monitoring the latest news and updates regarding the Coronavirus.

Our lobby will be closed, effective Wednesday, March 18.
Effective Wednesday, March 18th, Aspire will close the lobby and offer Drive-Up and ATM Banking only until further notice. One thing you don’t need to worry about right now is access to your credit union. Our employees will be here to answer the phone and continue serving you. We are taking these actions following the new guidance to increase social distancing, and for the safety of those who bank with us, our staff and families.

Please use online account access options through Online Banking and our mobile app to make transfers, deposit checks, pay bills, and more. You can also still reach us by calling 1-800-286-1650 or 701-837-5353. If a transaction you need cannot be completed online, through the drive-up or over the phone, please contact us to schedule a private appointment. 

The situation continues to evolve and we know you might be under financial stress during this time. Please contact us if you need options for assistance. 

Annual Meeting Update

Based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control regarding avoiding large gatherings we are making changes to our scheduled Annual Meeting. Since our bylaws require an annual meeting each year, the meeting will proceed on Tuesday, March 24 at the Moose Lodge, but with a few important changes. There will no longer be a social, meal, or prizes; only a business meeting that will start at 6:30 p.m. If you’ve purchased a ticket to this meeting, your money will be refunded into your share savings account. (If you purchased a ticket with cash, please contact us so we can refund the money to the correct accounts.)

Is Aspire Credit Union open?
Our lobby is closed, but our employees are here to serve you in the drive-up and answer phones during regular business hours.  Our ATM in the building is still available.

DIGITAL ACCESS: You can always transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks, borrow money, manage deposits and much more via Online Banking and our Mobile App. 

Rest assured that we will continue to provide outstanding service to our members no matter the situation. In times like this, you can count on us!

Ok, ok, ok, but my money is safe, right?
YES! All of your deposits at Aspire are Federally Insured by the National Credit Union Administration for up to $250,000.00. No matter what happens, the Federal Government has you covered. Like all financial institutions across the country, we are consistently examined by officials  from Federal, State, & Local agencies. Staff will continue to be available to help, no matter what the situation, even if things get crazy. 

Our Response Plan
Along with closing our lobby, we are taking additional cleaning measures to regularly sanitize work areas and other high-use areas. We urge you to consider doing your banking remotely instead of choosing to come into the credit union.

Bank From Home
You can access your accounts from home any time, day or night online and through our mobile app. Through these convenient tools, you can handle many of your financial needs, apply for loans, make deposits, and more. If you have questions, concerns, or need assistance with your banking or with using any of these tools, please give us a call at 701-837-5353 during normal business hours. 

All Aspire members also have access to Audio Response. Call 1-800-291-3806 for access to your balances, to check if checks have deposited and more.
