Aspire Credit Union is proud to celebrate the remarkable career and upcoming retirement of Diane Smith, who has served our members with dedication, heart, and exceptional leadership since April 25, 1994.
For more than 30 years, Diane has been the friendly face and steady hand guiding our Member Service Representative team. As the Member Service Representative Manager, she has led a talented fleet of tellers, helping shape the welcoming, people-first experience our members know and love.
Throughout her tenure, Diane has seen Aspire through rebrands, technology and core processing changes, and countless milestones in our growth. No matter the change, her commitment to our mission and our members never wavered. Many of our long-time members consider her a favorite. Someone who remembers their stories, celebrates their life moments, and always greets them with genuine warmth.
“Diane has truly embodied what it means to Aspire to More,” said Kevin Vigested, CEO/President of Aspire Credit Union. “Her leadership, compassion, and unwavering dedication have made Aspire better, for our members, our staff, and our community. Her legacy is one we will feel for years to come.”
To honor Diane and the impact she has made over three decades, Aspire Credit Union will host a Retirement Open House on March 20 from 3–5 PM at our Minot location. Members, coworkers, friends, and community partners are invited to stop by, share a memory, and help us celebrate her incredible career.
Please join us as we thank Diane for 31 years of outstanding service and wish her all the joy, adventure, and relaxation she Aspires to in retirement.
