Month 2: Empowering Students with Period Packs

As we continue our partnership with Souris Valley United Way, we’re proud to introduce our Month Two focus: Period Packs for Local Schools.

For many girls, getting their period at school can be stressful and embarrassing—especially when they’re unprepared. That’s why we’re assembling Period Packs filled with essential supplies like pads, liners, wipes, and other personal care items. These discreet kits provide comfort, confidence, and dignity—so no student has to feel ashamed or caught off guard.

How You Can Help:
We’re collecting donations in the lobby throughout the month. Items needed include:

• Regular and Light Tampons
• Maxi Pads
• Regular Pads
• Panty Liners (individually wrapped)
• Hand Sanitizer Wipes (individual packets)
• Summer’s Eve Wipes (individual packets)
• Chapstick
• Hair Ties
• Pencil Cases (large enough to hold the supplies)

Every donation helps create a kit that makes a real difference in a student’s day. Let’s work together to break the stigma, support our youth, and ensure no girl faces her period at school without the supplies—and confidence—she needs.
