Aspire Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotions of Kelsey Scharmer to Assistant Operations Manager and Elizabeth Rodin to Collections/Consumer Loan Officer.

Kelsey’s promotion comes shortly after celebrating her 15th anniversary with Aspire Credit Union. Throughout her career with the credit union, she has gained extensive experience and knowledge of Aspire’s operations while building strong relationships with members and coworkers.

In her new role as Assistant Operations Manager, Kelsey will support the Operations Manager and help oversee the day-to-day operations of the credit union, continuing to contribute her experience and knowledge to Aspire’s team and members.

“We are excited to recognize Kelsey’s 15 years of dedication to Aspire with this well-deserved opportunity,” said Brianna Weeks, Operations Manager. “Her experience, commitment and knowledge of our operations make her a tremendous asset to our team, and we are excited to see her continue to grow in this new role.”

Elizabeth joined Aspire Credit Union recently as a Universal Member Service Representative, serving as a first point of contact for members and visitors. She quickly demonstrated strong member service skills, adaptability and a natural ability to learn and take on new responsibilities. Her performance and skill set made her a strong fit for the Collections/Consumer Loan Officer position, where she will work with members in both consumer lending and collections.

“Elizabeth made an immediate impact after joining our team,” said Bobbi Hansen, Chief Lending Officer. “She quickly showed us that she had the skills and ability to take on more, and we are excited to see her continue developing her career with Aspire.”

These promotions reflect Aspire Credit Union’s commitment to recognizing talent, encouraging professional growth and creating opportunities for employees to build their careers within the organization. Please join Aspire Credit Union in congratulating Kelsey and Elizabeth on their new roles.
