Aspire Credit Union is pleased to announce Tyler Parks has joined the credit union movement. Working on our teller line as a Member Service Representative, Tyler Parks is no stranger to providing excellent customer service having previously served 10 years with the United States Air Force.
Parks, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, landed his most recent assignment on Minot Air Force Base in 2017. His position within the 5th Medical Group provided him with a diverse group of people to support from all over the world. “I worked in medical, so there was a lot of time spent on customer service with both happy and disgruntled patients,” Parks shared. During his seven-year stint on the Minot base, Parks met his wife, and the Magic City became a place to call home.
When Parks was honorably separated due to his high-year tenure from the military, he decided to follow a personal passion leaving the medical world behind jumping feet first into the financial industry. “I am most looking forward to learning everything I can about the financial world. I’ve wanted to work in the financial industry for a long time now and I am happy to finally be here!” he shared.
When you come into the credit union to complete your business, you will be met with Tyler’s smile and upbeat attitude. Brianna Weeks, Assistant Operations Manager said “Tyler has already been a great addition to our team. In his first weeks, he received an outstanding review from a member survey of the credit union.” She continued, “Tyler inherently understands our mission of ‘people helping people’ and that is apparent in how he has approached this new position on the team.”
